Senior Preschool Teacher – Kinderberry International Preschool

WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Kinderberry International Preschool in Cyberjaya is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Preschool Teacher to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a preschool class effectively
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Guide and support junior teachers and assistant teachers
• Monitor children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• Communicate professionally with parents
• Maintain a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Support the Principal in daily school operations and events
• Assist in mentoring and improving teaching practices within the team

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of preschool teaching experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Warm, patient and passionate about working with young children
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
