What You’ll Do

• Represent and promote brands through face-to-face marketing, roadshows, and events
• Engage directly with customers and build strong customer relationships
• Support marketing and business development campaigns
• Assist with event planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to expand customer reach and support business growth
• Work closely with the team to achieve campaign and business targets
• Develop practical skills in communication, presentation, sales, marketing, and leadership
• Participate in 1-on-1 coaching, team training, and leadership development sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Age 20–35
• Confident, outgoing, and people-oriented
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a team environment
• Fresh graduates and career starters are welcome
• No prior experience required — full training and 1-on-1 mentorship provided
