We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to leads and prospects via phone, email, and online communication tools
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively qualify leads
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
• Work closely with the field sales team to support larger deals and complex sales cycles
• Accurately update and maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Provide feedback on customer trends, needs, and issues to the leadership team
