Job Descriptions

-To establish Design Brief

-To manage and review design proposals, from initial conceptual till detailed design developments and selection of material finishes

-To manage and maintain cohesive design aesthetic as well as functional requirements

-To manage the execution of interior works from tender, construction, till completion

-To review and manage technical deliverables

- materials samples, shop drawings, etc

-To conduct site & factory checks, review quality of on-site works and off-site fabrication

-To assess and approve tenant design submissions, drawings and material specifications align with design guidelines and statutory requirements

Job Requirements

-Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture or any related built environment discipline

-Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and knowledge in interior design from concept, execution and completion

-Strong technical knowledge site execution, preferably with experience in healthcare, hospitality, premium residential and commercial office projects

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
