Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and sales performance of assigned outlets.
- Ensure all outlets achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Lead, supervise, and support Outlet Supervisors and outlet staff.
- Monitor staff performance, customer service, and sales results.
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment across assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure Company standards are maintained.
- Handle major customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and daily outlet reports.
- Ensure promotions and sales activities are properly implemented.
- Monitor outlet costs, losses, and overall profitability.
- Prepare and report outlet performance updates to Management.
- Identify areas for improvement and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments on manpower and operational matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
