About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Part-time Sales Advisor to support our retail store team. The role will assist in delivering a high-quality in-store experience, engaging customers and collectors, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth daily store operations during assigned shifts.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in TCG, Pokémon, sports cards, graded cards, sealed products or collectibles. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, are willing to learn, and can work flexibly during weekends, public holidays, events or peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store daily sales activities and help identify sales opportunities through customer engagement.
• Meet and greet customers, collectors, clients and handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information across TCG, sports cards, graded cards, sealed products and collectibles.
• Support cashier counter duties.
• Assist with sales floor operations, including product display, stock handling, replenishment, store presentation and general store administration.
• Support new arrivals, promotions, launches and store events by introducing relevant products to customers.
• Escalate customer feedback, product enquiries and operational issues to the Senior Sales Advisor / Store Manager where necessary.
• Help maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth store operations and business needs.

Requirements

• Interested in retail sales and willing to gain hands-on experience in store operations.
• Passion for collecting, TCG, Pokémon, sports cards, graded cards or collectibles is preferred.
• Prior retail, customer service or cashier experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin, ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus but not required.
• Able to work approximately 20 hours per week, including retail shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
