Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise Maintenance and Electrical Technicians in daily maintenance activities.

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to ensure equipment reliability and availability.

· Troubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurring breakdowns.

· Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime, and maintenance activities, and recommend improvement actions.

· Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimise operational disruptions.

· Support equipment improvement projects, modifications, and new equipment installation activities as required.

· Manage maintenance contractors and external service providers when required.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and company standards.

· Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.

· Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation.

· Ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders and compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.

· Ensure compliance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), machine reliability, and maintenance best practices to support operational excellence.

· Coach and develop technicians to strengthen technical competency and team performance.

· Support audits, inspections, and engineering-related improvement programmes.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

· At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

· Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

· Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, paper, plastics, or related industrial environment will be an advantage.

· Experience in leading and developing technical teams in a manufacturing environment.

· Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Able to communicate effectively with both shop-floor employees and management.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
