Responsibilities
Full-Time Retail Assistant
Join our team at J’amie Confections! We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-oriented Full-Time Retail Assistant to support our outlet operations at Jewel Changi Airport.
Salary: $2,200–$2,500 per month
Working Hours: Shift roster, up to 48 hours per week
Location: Jewel Changi Airport
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.
Pack orders, restock products and maintain attractive product displays.
Assist with basic bakery preparation, finishing and packing of products.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the outlet.
Assist with opening and closing duties, stock monitoring and other daily outlet operations.
Support the team during promotions, festive periods and other operational activities.
Requirements
Flexible to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.
Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
