About the Role

We're working with a fast-scaling GPU cloud/AI infrastructure company (NeoCloud space) building out large-scale GPU clusters and data centers across Southeast Asia. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the company's first dedicated legal hire, working closely with a lean regional team to build the legal function from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts — customer, vendor, cloud service, data center, NDA, and partnership agreements, SOWs, and technical service agreements
• Advise on corporate governance, data protection, IP, and dispute risk across Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Support employment/HR-related legal matters for a small, growing team
• Manage external counsel and legal budget independently
• Build contract templates, processes, and playbooks from the ground up

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of law firm or in-house legal experience, ideally in tech, cloud, or infrastructure-related industries
• Comfortable working independently with high autonomy in a lean, fast-moving environment — self-direction is critical
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Prior exposure to cross-border compliance (data protection, export/trade compliance) is a strong plus
