Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical, highly technical, and results-oriented Utilities Manager to join our regional infrastructure and facilities engineering practice. In this critical role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for monitoring, auditing, and optimizing corporate utility consumption, mechanical systems, and environmental compliance frameworks across our regional office footprints. Operating from our Tiong Bahru corporate hub, you will bridge the gap between building management technicians, third-party energy suppliers, and cross-functional technology teams. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous system engineering logic with deep resource data analytics to mitigate carbon risks, eliminate resource waste, and ensure zero operational down-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Utility Systems Management: Direct and monitor the day-to-day operations, configuration stability, and energy loads of all mechanical, electrical, cooling (HVAC), and critical server data rack infrastructures.
• Consumption Auditing & Analytics: Track, extract, and analyze electricity, water, and building resource datasets, compiling comprehensive data visualization charts and strategic briefings for management review.
• Preventive Framework Planning: Design and execute rigorous preventive maintenance frameworks for industrial power assets, backup generator circuits, and localized thermal management controls.
• Sustainability & Compliance Engineering: Drive localized energy reduction programs to ensure facility setups strictly align with Singapore Green Mark parameters, environmental regulations, and corporate ESG indexes.
• Vendor & SLA Optimization: Sourced, negotiate with, and evaluate commercial energy providers, mechanical engineers, and utilities vendors, auditing performance logs strictly against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Workflow Optimization & Scaling: Audit internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and building management variables to resolve infrastructure latency risks and eliminate working capital waste.
• Technical Documentation Control: Maintain precise physical and digital records frameworks, compiling electrical schematic matrices, equipment calibration records, and mandatory emission tracking charts for internal and statutory audits.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related quantitative technical discipline.
• Technical Stack: Strong command of building management data monitoring software, mechanical drawing visualization models, and relational data tracking logic. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for metrics tracking is required.
• Experience: Prior experience (3–5 years) as a Utilities Manager, Facilities Engineering Lead, or Senior Energy Analyst—preferably within a technology provider, corporate headquarters, semiconductor hub, or electronics manufacturing sector—is required.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder management style.
• Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, intense attention to detail under tight corporate reporting deadlines, strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and a resilient team-player mindset.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $8,300.00 per month
