Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the company, delivering a warm, professional welcome to all members and walk-in visitors
  • Manage front desk operations including call handling, guest check-ins.
  • Build positive relationships with community members to deliver a personalized hospitality experience.
  • Handling Online Travel Agency - OTA record.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM with relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Hospitality/Hotels, Front Office/Reception, High-end Retail, Coworking Spaces, or Customer Service.
  • Friendly and bubbly personality
