Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records.
• Coordinate delivery schedule (supplier delivery)
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Handle data entry and update information in the warehouse management system and Excel.
• Troubleshooting inventory and mismatch discrepancy
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• ITE / Nitec /Diploma in Logistics management
• Min. 2 year of relevant experience in warehousing environment
• Well versed in computer soft skills (MS Words / Excel / WMS/ERP)
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge in Warehouse inventory management
• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• Valid forklift licence will be an added advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
