Overall Accountability:

Responsible for the ID works and ensures compliance with Complex rules and regulations.

Overall responsibilities :

• Produce layout/drawing using AutoCAD application
• Site measurement and marking (for hoarding, new kiosk, external seating etc.).
• Assist in the review and checking of renovation and refurbishment drawings - to ensure that the proposed design/details are complied with fit-out guidelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with tenant’s designer/consultant in the submission and approval for proposed renovation plans.
• Monitoring and checking progress of renovation and reinstatement works.
• Daily site walk - to check any non-compliance issues.
• Conduct site inspection (such as above ceiling inspection, pre-opening inspection, final inspection etc.)

General:

• Monitoring design development and submission of drawings.
• Coordinate with tenants/contractors on any site issues during renovation or reinstatement work.
• Monitor and ensure that tenants/contractors comply with the Building rules and regulations at all times while carrying out works within their respective demised premises.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
