Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of parcels to residential and commercial addresses while providing professional customer service and maintaining vehicle condition.
Responsibilities
Deliver parcels accurately to residential and commercial addresses following assigned routes
Handle parcels carefully to maintain good condition upon delivery
Complete assigned deliveries within scheduled timeframes daily
Communicate professionally with customers to provide excellent service
Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and good vehicle condition
Update delivery status accurately using the company’s delivery system or app
Follow company procedures and operational requirements when handling parcels
Assist with parcel collection or other delivery-related tasks as needed
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Previous delivery or driving experience (training provided)
Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation apps
Physical fitness to handle parcels of various sizes and weights
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
