Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Healthcare Assistant:

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to residents' daily living needs, including assisting with toileting, continence care, bathing, dressing, and other personal care activities.
Assist with basic physiological monitoring and perform planned nursing interventions under the guidance of trained nurses.
Assist trained nurses during medical emergencies or crisis situations.
Support residents in life enrichment activities while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being.
Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations.
Safely transfer residents with stable conditions for clinical appointments, household transfers, or hospital transfers.
Participate in quality improvement audits and related activities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and organisational functions.

Job Requirements:

Relevant healthcare qualification or certification will be an advantage.
Previous experience in healthcare, nursing homes, eldercare, or a similar care environment is preferred.
Able to assist residents with activities of daily living and basic personal care needs.
Physically fit and able to assist with patient transfers and mobility support.
Responsible, compassionate, and committed to maintaining residents' dignity and well-being.
Able to respond appropriately and remain calm during emergency or challenging situations.

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
Working Location: Upper Thomson
Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
