Responsibilities
Develop new customers through telesales, lead follow-ups and promotional activities.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio, including customer enquiries, renewals and follow-ups.
Liaise with customers and insurers on quotations, applications, documentation and other insurance matters.
Handle motor insurance administration and maintain accurate customer records.
Support sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
Provide professional and responsive service to internal and external customers.
Assist with ad-hoc sales, marketing and company projects.
Any other duties assigned by manager
Requirements
Full suite of General Insurance (GI) certifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI) (Optional).
Prior experience in motor insurance, insurance administration or customer service is an added advantage.
Sales-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good team player with the ability to work independently.
Positive attitude, willing to learn and take initiative.
Working Arrangement
Working Days: 5 days per week
Company Transport: Pick-up available at Bishan MRT / Jurong East MRT
