Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily line operations – assign tasks, monitor output, and ensure SOP compliance
• Maintain product quality and workflow efficiency
• Conduct on-the-job training for production operators
• Enforce safety and workplace cleanliness (5S/7S)
• Track attendance, discipline, and worker performance
• Resolve production issues and minimise downtime
• Prepare daily production reports
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• Carry out other duties as assigned

About you

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years in manufacturing; team leader experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
