Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in three core businesses—Mobility, Consumer, and Healthcare & Logistics—serving partners and customers across Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia markets. We invite candidates with the requisite profile to apply for the following position:

Division: Group Finance

Responsible for leading group-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities. The role provides strategic financial insights and decision support to the CFO and senior management, ensuring alignment between financial performance, business strategy, and capital deployment across the Group.

• Lead the Group’s long-range financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario analysis
• Provide insightful financial analysis on Group and key value drivers
• Partner closely with business units and functional heads to challenge assumptions, enhance financial discipline, and improve forecast quality
• Support capital allocation, funding structure, and cost optimization initiatives through data-driven analysis and post-investment reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data integrity
• Ensure alignment of FP&A outputs with accounting policies, internal controls, and Group governance requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team, fostering strong business partnering capabilities

• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial management, preferably within large, complex organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA)
• Proven experience in group-level financial planning and analysis
• Strong exposure to business partnering and supporting strategic decision-making
• Strategic mindset with sound commercial judgment with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues
• Well-versed in MS Office applications (Excel modelling, as well as Word and PowerPoint formatting skills)
• Good communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
