EV Connection Sdn Bhd invites ambitious and motivated graduates to join our Business Management Trainee Programme. You will gain practical exposure to business operations and develop essential professional skills under the guidance of experienced team members.

Based on your qualifications, interests, strengths and business requirements, you will be assigned to one of the following career pathways:

Human Resources

Support recruitment, employee onboarding, training, employee engagement, payroll documentation and general HR administration.

Purchasing

Assist with supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, delivery coordination, purchasing records and supplier performance monitoring.

Sales & Business Development

Support customer engagement, market research, preparation of quotations and proposals, sales follow-ups and the development of new business opportunities.

• Structured on-the-job training and mentorship

• Hands-on experience in actual business operations

• Exposure to the fast-growing EV and renewable energy industry

• Development of communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management or a related field

• Candidates with less than two years of working experience are welcome.

• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Interest in the EV, energy or technology industry is an advantage
