We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:

1. Lead the production of croissants & laminated pastries
2. Oversee daily baking & production
3. Maintain consistency in quality, texture & presentation
4. Guide and train the baking team
5. Manage production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time
6. Handle dough preparation, lamination, proofing & baking

What we’re looking for:

1. Previous experience as a baker, preferably in a lead/head baker role
2. Strong experience with croissants & laminated products is a MUST
3. Good understanding of fermentation, proofing & baking
4. Able to work independently and lead a team
5. Detail-oriented and passionate about quality
6. Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
