About the role
You will investigate overseas cheating reports and player ban appeals through evidence and video review, assess anti-cheat systems to minimize false positives and enhance game integrity, and analyze user complaints to identify root causes and support developers in implementing fixes. You will primarily support Mandarin-speaking players and content, including reviewing reports, appeals, and user-generated content in Mandarin. You will monitor and review all player-generated content (voice, video), and proactively identify and remove inappropriate material, including adult content, violent, and cyberbullying.
Key responsibilities
Investigate overseas cheating reports and player ban appeals through evidence and video review
Assess anti-cheat systems to minimize false positives and enhance game integrity

Monitor and review all player-generated content (voice, video)
Proactively identify and remove inappropriate material, including adult content, violent, and cyberbullying
Support Mandarin-speaking players and content, including reviewing reports, appeals, and user-generated content in Mandarin
About you
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field. Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are welcome to apply.
Must have achieved Conqueror rank in at least one season of FPS game, or Ace rank or above in multiple seasons with strong performance records (DF, PUBG)
Candidates with professional tournament experience will be given priority. Alternatively, candidates with high-ranking achievements in other competitive games are also encouraged to apply
Possess strong communication skills, a positive work attitude, and excellent teamwork
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to contribute to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment
Prior experience in the internet or FPS industry is a plus
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required
