Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for the implementation of new and upgrade projects
- Provide production support for Linux and Microsoft Windows server platforms
- Provide production support for system monitoring tools and password management software
- Liaise with users and vendors for requirement studies, implementation, and support activities
- Prepare technical specifications and evaluations for new or upgrade projects
- Perform technical troubleshooting
- Participate in IT security assessments and audit exercises
- Provide on-call technical support and perform other duties as required
- Work irregular hours if necessary
