Clinic Services Coordinator

Job Summary

Serve as the vital link between clinics, healthcare professionals, and the compounding laboratory by managing clinic enquiries and requests. Ensure clear communication, accurate coordination, and timely completion of all requests to support seamless clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond promptly to incoming clinic enquiries and requests as the primary contact
• Communicate clearly and professionally with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs
• Clarify and confirm all necessary information before processing requests to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate and relay requests efficiently to the compounding laboratory and internal teams for action
• Proactively follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion and resolution
• Provide regular updates to clinics on request progress and promptly communicate any issues
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, requests, and communications to support smooth handovers
• Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clinic partners to foster collaboration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, clinics, customer service, or administration is advantageous
