Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all residence facilities, buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.

  • Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automation, and building-related problems.

  • Provide practical, hands-on solutions when immediate intervention is required.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and service schedules.

  • Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, facilities management, building operations, engineering, or luxury residential estate management.

  • Proven track record overseeing maintenance teams, contractors, and capital projects.

  • Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and exhibit an excellent customer service attitude.

  • Have strong integrity.
