We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Marketing Supervisor at Shaanxi Trucks Sdn Bhd

Join Yonming and drive excellence in the commercial vehicle industry.

• Provide training and guidance to subordinates to enhance their skills and performance.
• Visit and engage with customers to build strong relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Monitor and follow up on subordinates' tasks to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
• Manage inter-branch parts ordering to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase documents efficiently and accurately.
• Handle and respond to phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with reception desk duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in Marketing Strategy & Planning, campaign management, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
