Regulatory Reporting – International Bank | Singapore

The Role

An international financial institution is looking for a

Regulatory Reporting specialist

to support

MAS and HKMA reporting

, with a focus on

OTC derivatives

.

The role will cover BAU regulatory reporting, exception management, controls, regulatory change and process improvement, working closely with Operations, Middle Office, Compliance and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage BAU regulatory reporting across MAS and HKMA.

Ensure reporting is

complete, accurate and timely

.

Manage exceptions, investigate issues and drive remediation.

Maintain strong reporting controls, procedures and governance.

Partner with Compliance on new and amended regulatory requirements.

Support regulatory reporting system enhancements and process improvement.

Provide reporting updates and escalate key issues to senior management.

Support new product implementations from a regulatory reporting perspective.

Requirements

5–7 years' experience

in Regulatory Reporting / Operations within banking or financial services.

Hands-on experience with

MAS and HKMA trade reporting

.

Strong knowledge of

OTC derivatives

.

Experience with

Murex

and regulatory reporting platforms.

Strong Excel skills;

VBA/Macros

preferred.

Python / automation experience is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and attention to detail.
