Equiom is looking for an organised and client-focused Associate, Corporate Services to join our Hong Kong office.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities while working within a collaborative and international environment. You will be responsible for supporting clients with their ongoing corporate governance and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and contributing to the continued success of the Corporate Services team.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and structures while developing your technical expertise and professional knowledge.
What you'll be doing

Administer a portfolio of client entities, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

Prepare and maintain statutory records, company registers and regulatory filings

Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and due diligence requirements

Assist with periodic client reviews and ongoing compliance activities

Prepare standard corporate documentation, resolutions and correspondence

Maintain accurate client records and ensure internal systems are kept up to date

Monitor key dates and statutory deadlines, taking ownership of administrative deliverables

Support billing processes and contribute to the effective management of client accounts

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve processes

Escalate risks, issues or complex matters appropriately and in a timely manner
What we're looking for

Experience within corporate services, company secretarial, fiduciary services, financial services administration or a similar professional environment

Understanding of corporate entities, company administration and regulatory obligations

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with administration systems or databases

A professional, proactive and client-focused approach
It would be great if you also have

Experience working with international or multi-jurisdictional structures

Progress towards a relevant professional qualification

Knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and corporate governance principles

Experience supporting client onboarding and compliance processes
