About the role

This is an internship position in logistics arbitration, focused on handling logistics claims, complaints and dispute cases, and supporting operational analysis through data management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in handling logistics claims, complaints and dispute cases, including case verification and documentation

• Support daily claims data collection, tracking and analysis, including case volume, resolution status and turnaround time (TAT)

• Prepare and maintain claims reports, dashboards and data records to support operational analysis

• Liaise with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to follow up on claims and ensure timely resolution

• Assist in identifying data trends, operational issues and improvement opportunities

• Support documentation, reporting and other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned

About you

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related fields

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
