This is an additional headcount created to support the Company’s business expansion and growing operations. You will have the opportunity to grow together with the Company and be part of our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking and issuing of materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and FIFO practices.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Conduct stock checks and support stock take activities.
• Coordinate material requirements with Production, Purchasing and Quality teams.
• Monitor warehouse manpower and daily work activities.
• Maintain proper warehouse records and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety and 5S requirements.
• Identify warehouse issues and recommend improvements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO and stock management.
• Good Microsoft Excel and documentation skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a warehouse team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
