Responsibilities
Assistant Manager, HR – Job Scope
Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment,onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, andcompany guidelines.
Manage payroll, leave, attendance, employee records, and HR administration.
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening,interviews, and offer preparation.
Advise employees and management on HR policies, employment matters, andworkplace issues.
Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and developmentinitiatives.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and other management reports.
Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and other duties assigned bymanagement.
