Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical, proactive, and highly technical Technical Project Manager to join our technology and enterprise solutions practice. In this critical role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of software platforms, coordinating complex technology deployments, and driving system integration projects from initiation to deployment.Operating at the intersection of our backend software developers, product management units, and frontline client implementation teams, you will translate multi-layered business criteria into clear technical roadmaps. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management tracking precision with exceptional professional communication skills to systematically eliminate delivery bottlenecks, manage technical milestones, and ensure an outstanding product deployment journey.Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead, manage, and execute complex, multi-layered technical projects, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Milestone & Constraint Tracking: Design, implement, and track comprehensive project schedules, mapping critical path dependencies and proactively clearing technical deployment bottlenecks.
- Technical Architecture Coordination: Conduct detailed requirements gathering, technical discovery workshops, and kickoff alignment briefings with cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders.
- Resource & Capacity Allocation: Plan, assemble, and allocate technical teams and development resources based on identified system capabilities and sprint timelines to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Risk & Anomaly Mitigation: Design and deploy comprehensive project risk registers and continuous mitigation models to proactively resolve technical constraints, component dependencies, or scope modifications.
- Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Partner closely with quality assurance and software engineering squads to monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-release verification paths.
- Data Governance & Compliance Adherence: Enforce rigid compliance with enterprise information security protocols and standard reporting methodologies, ensuring all project directories strictly align with corporate guidelines and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative technical STEM discipline. Professional credentials (such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or Prince2 certifications) are highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of software project delivery tracking tools (such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project) alongside a robust structural understanding of modern system deployment frameworks, API integrations, cloud infrastructure concepts, and relational databases.
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience as a technical project manager, IT project coordinator, software delivery lead, or technical program specialist—preferably within an enterprise SaaS provider, tech consulting network, or multi-market software vendor environment—is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to bridge frontline engineering crews with corporate executive leadership.

Pay: $4,900.00 - $6,900.00 per month
