Responsibilities:

1. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, Microsoft Office 365 applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, tablets/iPads, printers and basic network.

2. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for network administration and IT systems.

3. Manage and maintain IT assets, including system reporting

4. Manage user accounts, email access, and system permissions while maintaining proper security and documentation.

5. Inspect and maintain CCTV systems.

6. Assist with IT documentation and support routine IT operations and procurement tasks as required.

7. Monitor and respond to security incidents in accordance with organizational security standards.

8. Support , configure, and troubleshoot comprehensive IT network structure including servers, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and various hardware components to ensure seamless operations across all locations.

9. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.

10. Liaison with tier-2 support team for escalated support case

11. Monitor system health of critical business applications and network connectivity across all computing resources

12. Verification of business application data for quality and integrity

13. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

2. Minimum 1 - 3 years eperience in related fields

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
