Job Summary

Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, lead and train staff, maintain service and hygiene standards, handle customer feedback, control inventory, and support sales and budget management to ensure efficient and compliant food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to deliver smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and schedule shift rosters for service and kitchen staff to optimize team performance and coverage
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene in compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and enquiries to resolve service issues
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control stock to minimize wastage and ensure availability
• Assist in managing daily sales targets, prepare profit and loss (P&L) reports, and support operational budget oversight
• Ensure strict adherence to Singapore safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant or supervisory roles within the food and beverage industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage peak operational hours
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
