We're looking for a System Operator to join our Cloud Operations team, keeping our production environments healthy, secure, and running around the clock across Control-M, Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, and Life Asia systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor our Cloud environments in line with standards, policies, and SOPs
• Own overnight and weekend production batch/output processing, resolving issues as they arise
• Manage backup systems and perform daily health checks
• Evaluate changes to production and development systems for risk before they go live
• Support IT project implementation alongside our project teams
• Be the first to notify stakeholders of Cloud operations incidents and drive issues to resolution

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on exposure to AS/400, Control-M, Microsoft Azure, and AWS Cloud
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English AND Japanese (Japanese proficiency is required, not optional)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive, "own it" attitude
• Comfort working a 24/7 shift roster

This is an on-site role on a 12-hour shift, 4-on/4-off rotation (including weekends and public holidays) — a schedule that trades a traditional 5-day week for long, uninterrupted stretches of time off.
