DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Food & Beverage Section Manager with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at DXN Cyberville, Cyberjaya.

Responsibilities :

1. Operations

• Oversee daily F&B operations (kitchen, cafe)
• Ensure quality food and beverage service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard

2. Staff Management

• Recruit, train and supervise F&B staff
• Manage staff schedules, performance and development
• Foster a positive team culture

3. Menu and Inventory

• Develop and update menu
• Manage inventory, orders and stock levels
• Control food and beverage costs

4. Customer Service

• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Implement service improvements

5. Financials

• Manage F&B budgets and financial targets
• Analyze sales data and optimize revenue
• Control labor and operational cost

6. Compliance

• Maintain licenses and permits

Requirements :

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field
• Experience : 2-5 years in F&B industry, with managerial experience
• Skill : Leadership, communication, financial analysis, and knowledge of operational standards
