Responsibilities

HIRING: ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Training Provided | Fresh Graduates Welcome

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
  • Provide professional and friendly customer support
  • Assist customers in resolving enquiries and issues
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the system
  • Follow up on customer cases when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM/SKM 3/SVM/UEC/IGCSE AND qualification
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • No experience is required — full training will be provided
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to learn and work in a team
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
