Key Responsibilities

• Document and map existing Excel files, reports, and manual workflows across various systems.
• Identify repetitive or manual steps that can be automated, and propose innovative solutions to consolidate data dispersed across multiple platforms, reducing manual effort and operational resistance.
• Support the development of automations using Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, basic VBA), Power BI, and Power Automate to streamline data extraction, presentation, and analysis.
• Leverage APIs from systems such as JIRA to integrate and connect automation processes across platforms.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights, and translate these into clear outcomes aligned with senior management's objectives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries (including presentation decks for senior management) that communicate findings in a clear and impactful manner.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, data flows, and improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sources and outputs.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline)
• Strong skills in Excel formulas required; experience with VBA scripts is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Power Automate is preferred
• Exposure to API integrations (e.g. JIRA, REST APIs) is a plus
• Ability to conduct data analysis and present insights clearly to stakeholders
• A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when tasked with the outcome required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
