Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and management.
Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, records, and files.
Perform accurate data entry and update company records and databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence, and documents.
Prepare letters, reports, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents when required.
Manage and maintain proper filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
Answer and respond to routine enquiries from staff, customers, suppliers, and other parties.
Assist with payroll, attendance, leave records, and other staff-related administrative matters when required.
Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
Assist in preparing and submitting applications, forms, and other documents to relevant authorities when required.
Coordinate with different departments, outlets, suppliers, and external parties on administrative matters.
Maintain companie's confidential records and employee information.
Assist management with reports, records, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure administrative work is completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
