Royal Selangor is looking for a strong and driven individual to manage our flagship store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. You will manage daily store operations with a retail team of 7 - 10.

About the Pavilion Flagship Store Manager Role:

You are responsible for achieving the store’s KPIs and sales targets, set by the management. Your role also includes successfully implementing sales initiatives, campaigns and events for new product launches, and improving customer service levels while building lasting relationships with our key partners and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of our Pavilion flagship store
• Provide coaching and on-the-floor training for all retail consultants
• Lead, motivate and support the retail team consistently
• Budget and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Act as a brand ambassador and build/strengthen relationships with VIP, corporate and new clients
• Promote brand and store awareness, and enhance loyalty through well-executed marketing programmes
• Collaborate with Pavilion Mall to expand our customer pool and increase store traffic
• Other ad-hoc duties requested by the management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and result-driven personality, with a strong passion for sales-related roles

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
