Job Description
Responsibilities
Install, commission, and support semiconductor equipment at customer sites, including system setup, acceptance testing, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
Diagnose and resolve equipment, process, and performance issues through effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely corrective actions.
Provide technical training and guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices while maintaining accurate service reports and documentation.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent technical support, identifying service improvement opportunities, and supporting spare parts, maintenance, and service revenue growth.
Requirements:
Higher NITEC in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in
servicing, maintaining, or supporting automated manufacturing, production, or semiconductor equipment.
Computer literate with good troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Willing and able to travel overseas at short notice to support installation, commissioning, and field service activities.
