Responsibilities
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours
Salary:
S$15.95/hour (Frontline)
S$14.50/ hour(Backend)
Duration: 12 October 2026 - 31 December 2026
Location: Newton
Handle enquiries from grant recipients via
email and live chat
.
Selected staff will also be assigned to handle the
SME Cash Grant hotline
.
Provide accurate and timely information on scheme eligibility, payouts and application-related matters.
Maintain a professional, patient and customer-centric approach when interacting with recipients.
Record and document summaries of customer interactions in the case management system.
Escalate complex cases and operational issues to supervisors where required.
Support operational and administrative tasks related to scheme administration as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum
GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent
.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
