Responsibilities
DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
AT LEAST 1 YEAR'S WORKING EXPERIENCE
PROVIDE DAILY TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO USERS
DELIVER FIRST-LINE SUPPORT FOR HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
TROUBLESHOOT AND RESOLVE USER ISSUES VIA HELPDESK SYSTEM AND DIRECT ESCALATION
CONFIGURE AND INSTALL OPERATING SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, DRIVERS AND UPDATES
MAINTAIN AND MONITOR PHYSICAL AND VIRTUAL SERVERS, APPLYING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND UPDATES
SUPPORT CORE IT SERVICES
MAINTAIN IT ASSET INVENTORY AND SOFTWARE LICENSE RECORD
ASSIST WITH ONBOARDING/OFFBOARDING, DEVICE SETUP, AND IT ORIENTATION
Sunshine Welfare Action Mission (SWAMI Home), is a non-profit Organisation providing nursing and compassionate care to the aged poor and sick. We provide training to our nursing staff and support staff and also send them for courses. Our kitchen cook nutritious meals for our residents and staff.
