Responsibilities
Job Description:
Assign crew for water and lavatory servicing for arriving/departing flights and closely monitor if the crew had carried out the required servicing
Assign GS crew for ground equipment support for aircraft when there is a request.
Monitor flight changes, call backs, text messages, radio communications and telephone calls for services and inform the operators accordingly;
Update all ground equipment status and report all defective equipment to supervisor
Assist duty Supervisor to update on delays and any operational issue
Any other duties assigned by team leaders and superiors
Job Requirements:
Diploma/NITEC in Aviation/Airport Operations or equivalent
Comfortable with shift work arrangements
Possess good communication skills
Good team player
