Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Manager to assist in daily office administrative operations. This position is welcome those who are eager to learn and grow in administration fields.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage and maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and company records.
- Prepare, organize, and update administrative documents, reports, forms, and correspondence.
- Handle submission, renewal, and follow-up of documents with relevant authorities, government agencies, and external parties when required.
- Liaise with government departments, authorities, and external parties for administrative matters.
- Ensure timely follow-up on licenses, permits, certificates, and other company-related documentation.
- Coordinating office administrative matters and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain proper records of company documents, agreements, invoices, and other administrative files.
- Preparing documents for audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative enquiries.
- Support management with administrative reports, documentation, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant administrative or managerial experience, with experience in project, civil, or marine-related industries preferred.
- Experience in handling documentation, government-related matters, or liaising with authorities is an added advantage.
- Familiar with administrative procedures, document preparation, and record management.
- Able to use Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
