Accountant Job Scope

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and management reports for all entities.
• Perform regular financial reporting to management, highlighting key variances, trends, and recommendations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare joint-venture (JV) and project-based financial reports, including revenue tracking and cost allocation.
• Maintain and analyse China export costing and profit margins, ensuring alignment between Malaysia and China financial statements.
• Work closely with China teams and related parties on internal costing, Statement of Account (SOA) reviews, reconciliation, and payment schedules.
• Oversee AP/AR functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and debtor follow-up.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, accounting entries, and supporting documents.
• Support cash flow management, including forecasting, monitoring, and fund allocation.
• Assist in developing and refining internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes to improve efficiency.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
