Responsibilities
- Monitor construction site progress to ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to control site work plans
- Liaise with clients and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Supervise on-site workers to maintain productivity and adherence to standards
- Enforce safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project completion
- Minimum 2 years of relevant construction project experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively
- Proven leadership skills to collaborate with personnel at all levels
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
