Professional Job Description

The Regional Treasury Manager will play a key role in establishing and managing treasury operations for a regional trading hub in Singapore. The position will oversee cash management, banking infrastructure, liquidity management, foreign-exchange activities, treasury processes, and regional financial operations across multiple markets. The role reports to the CFO and works closely with regional finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup and development of treasury operations, frameworks, policies, and controls for the regional hub.

Establish and manage banking relationships, including bank-account opening, documentation, and ongoing administration.

Implement cash-management structures, including cash pooling and intercompany funding arrangements.

Monitor regional cash positions and support liquidity-management activities across multiple markets.

Develop and maintain short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasting processes.

Execute foreign-exchange hedging activities in accordance with internal policies and guidelines.

Support Treasury Management System implementation, process standardisation, reporting, and operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

At least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or a closely related finance function.

Proven experience establishing or improving treasury processes in a regional or multinational organisation.

Experience with Treasury Management System implementation is advantageous.

Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, banking relationships, and foreign-exchange activities.

Strong analytical, financial-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a developing regional environment and collaborate effectively with finance teams across different markets.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
