Responsibilities
Deliver professional beauty care services including facial treatments, body slimming, and IPL to meet client needs
Respond to customer enquiries patiently and attentively to ensure positive client experiences
Provide professional consultations to recommend and sell appropriate beauty products and treatments tailored to customers
Support appointment scheduling, member administration, and reception duties as required to maintain smooth operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Relevant qualifications and work experience in beauty care services are advantageous but not mandatory
Good customer service skills to effectively engage and assist clients
Willingness to apply as a Trainee Beautician for candidates without prior experience
Other Information
Business Hours:
Monday to Friday: 12pm - 9pm
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 10am - 7pm
