Job Description

• Assist teachers with Science experiments and lesson preparation.
• Prepare, arrange and organise lab equipment and resources.
• Conduct regular checks and report faulty or damaged equipment.
• Maintain lab safety standards and proper storage of equipment.
• Provide General Office reception and administrative support.
• Welcome visitors, handle enquiries and manage visitor access.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and courier items.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
• Assist with student and parent enquiries and direct matters to the relevant staff.
• Sort, pack, label and organise documents and materials.
• Perform basic General Office and pantry cleaning, including floors, bins and high-touch areas.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a school environment, preferably as a Receptionist or Science Lab Technical Officer.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively independently and as partof a team.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate and write in English..
