Job Description

• Prepare, coordinate and update the project planning programme to ensure alignment with project objectives and target milestones.
• Monitor and update the project construction programme and progress status, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with relevant trend charts.
• Prepare and issue programme updates for internal and client reporting to monitor project progress against planned objectives.
• Work closely with project teams and senior management to provide programme information and supporting details required for project reporting and substantiation of claims.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify potential delays, track progress, and support appropriate planning and mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Good planning, organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage work according to project timelines.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training and on-the-job guidance will be provided where required.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and relevant stakeholders.
